Description
Hoping these files show enough about the upgrade errors I've gotten for you to have a look.
Surprising result when I removed ALL the dashboard entries, I still got the same error ?
Anything else I can send to help identify what's wrong?
Also - do you have a patched version from 4.0.7 that fixes the civiCRM not found error for civicrm.css, extras.css, and jquery.crmaccordions.js ?
Making it harder to have a clear picture of the upgrade problems with these errors happening too.
