Allow "Renew - Credit Card" membership option to start a auto-renewal recurring payment

      Description

      Currently the only way for a "backoffice" user to start an auto-renewal membership is via "New Membership". In the real world there are many cases a recurring transaction will fail: credit card expires, numbers change, declined. All these result in a canceled recurring transaction.

      It would be nice if an admin 'backoffice' user can renew a membership with a credit card and re-establish the recurring contribution.

      In my specific example I use Paypal pro, but the behavior is probably the same in Authorize.net
