            Description

            Email-Adress foo@bücher.example.com is validated by civi as wrong!

            But it's allowed and correct!

            Via the IDN (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internationalized_domain_name) it is allowed
            to have special characters in the domainpart. This special characters have to be
            handled by punycode.

            Contacts with special characters in the email-adress can not be imported!
