Description
The AtoZ pager has the following bugs:
1. The filter for "All objects" conflicts with the filter for "Objects starting with the number 1"
2. Objects starting with the number 0 cannot be filtered
3. Objects starting with the pipe | symbol are not displayed (i could not reproduce this)
