            Description

            Use Case: An event has two price levels.

            1. $0 for members
            2. $20 for non-members

            Multiple-person registration is allowed.

            The first registrant is a member and picks the $0 option. The 2nd registrant is a non-member and picks $20.

            CiviCRM returns an error saying profile fields are incomplete, will not proceed to the payment step.
