Custom Template URL can not be saved

      Description

      During the upgrade process, the custom templates upload directory got inadvertently erased. Going into the Administer | System Settings | Directories shows the directories. I reset the directory for custom templates, saved the page, was redirected to the Administer CiviCRM checklist. A reload of the directories page shows the custom templates field empty.
