Import Memberships - Importing membership status is broken

The attached file includes a column for Membership Status (using the status 'Name' / string). This appears to be the expected input for membership status - and the import works in 3.4. However in 4.1 the rows are rejected ("Invalid Membership Status Id").

The existing membership import web test (WebTest_Import_MemberTest) should be extended to include passing in membership statuses prior to closing this issue.
