Export contacts: Merge same address is broken

I tested this by exporting 3 contacts (individuals) from basic search.
Two of the contacts had the same address - shared with household

Export had two rows (as expected) since contacts 1 and 2 where merged due to same address
HOWEVER, the greeting and addressee columns all contained the literal string "List of names" instead of the concatenated actual names of the contacts.
