Description
Civicrm 1.4 with Druapl 4.7, click on 'Standalone Form' in civicrm profile screen gives the following eror:
user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/form.tpl" in /home/httpd/vhosts/regoverningmarkets.org/httpdocs/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095.
