Description
I followed these instructions: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/Upgrading+Drupal-Civicspace+Sites+from+v1.3+to+v1.4
to upgrade an existing CiviCRM installation. I got as far as Step 7 and am now experiencing very odd behavior. I was logged in to drupal and had full administration access as expected, but when I clicked on the "civicrm" link in the navigation menu, I was immediately logged out of the site.
I've tried it a few times, I can log in, and access admin privs just fine, but as soon as I try to use the navigation link to access civicrm, I am no longer logged in. Link says it will go to
/index.php?q=civicrm
but immediately forwards me to
/index.php?q=civicrm/contact/search/basic&reset=1
I am able to access /index.php?q=civicrm/admin directly, but all links there have similar behavior (adds "&reset=1" to the URL and kicks me out of the site.
I'm not sure what is going on here. I'm also troubleshooting a separate issue, I have a working installation of drupal on "www.example.com" and on "subdomain.example.com" but the second installation was giving me errors until I manually (in the MYSQL variables table) turned the civicrm module off. I upgraded because that seemed like the logical first step towards troubleshooting my multi-domain issues.
