Description
So I have created two files inspired by your example
http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,22629.0.html
to run one specific file:
$php tests/bin/run.php tests/phpunit/api/v3/SyntaxConformanceAllEntitiesTest.php
Or in a more api friendly way:
$php tests/bin/api3.php [Entity] [Action]
If Action (eg. Get) is not set, it runs all the tests for the Entity
if Entity (eg. Contact) is not set, it runs all the suite for api3
Could you try (on 4.1 branch), and close it if it works for you too on windoze?
