Description
After upgrading to CiviCRM 4.0.8, all the Joomla Access Control settings (Administer/Manage/Access control) have been reset to their default values. There is no warning that this will happen. ACLs shoud remain unchanged whenm reinstalling or upgrading CiviCRM
