Line breaks in custom fields export as <br />

CSV export is calling CRM_Core_BAO_CustomField::getDisplayValue() on custom fields, which adds a <br /> before each newline via the nl2br() function. This makes sense when the field value is rendered in HTML format, but for the CSV export, the field value should be rendered in plain text format.
