            Description

            Per Stuart's comments on the forum (http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=22876.new#new), and consistent with other ecommerce interfaces - we should include a second set of buttons on the top of the confirmation pages to ensure that folks don't get confused and easily see the buttons.
