            Description

            When you create a date selector using the HTML QuickForm package bundled with CiviCRM, it is limited to dates between 2001 and 2011 by default. In packages/HTML/QuickForm/date.php, see lines 57 and 58:

            'minYear' => 2001,
            'maxYear' => 2010,
