Description
CiviCRM Navigation menus with access control settings won't update when Joomla Assigned User Groups are changed to a lesser or greater access level group. Tried, rebuild query and templates_c clearing, login logout etc.
The only way I could force them to update was:
1) Administer -> Customize -> Navigation Menu
2) on any of the menus – right click -> edit -> Save
