registering participant to event causing undefined index error

            Description

            The error is:

            Notice: Undefined index: participant_id in CRM_Event_Form_Participant->postProcess() (line 1377 of /home/jamie/hobo/sites/civicrm/4/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Event/Form/Participant.php).

            It seems to be calling code that should only be called when editing a registration record, not when adding one.
