            Description

            The error is:

            Notice: Undefined variable: notSent in CRM_Event_Form_Participant->postProcess() (line 1619 of /home/jamie/hobo/sites/civicrm/4/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Event/Form/Participant.php).

            It's caused because the notSent array is not initialized.
