Dashboard shows user id from wrong domain

            Description

            User ID on contact summary is not taking the domain into account - static function getUFId( $contactID ) is not domain aware.

            Replicate - have a contact with no UF_match value for current domain BUT a uf_match for a different domain. I link to the user ID for the different domain will show on their summary
