Multi-select type of profile data gives "Array" after saving

I found few possible bugs in civicrm. These as follows:

1. I made a custom data field which is of field type of Multi-select. I used it in a custom profile field and put the profile in "View/Edit User Account, Profile". Now when I edit this field using user/<user_id/edit, after saving, the value of the field is shown as "Array" and not the actual value(s). When I go back to edit it, i saw it lost the value I selected last time. All the other type of fields are working fine.

2.The pre-form help message in user/<user_id>/edit is showing twice for civicrm profile (not profile "fields", for profile fields its only once), even if I put the pre-form help message only in profile and not even in the respective custom data.

3. when using a "Redirect URL" for a profile, and when that profile cause any warning or error (like permission deny of any kind for example), The message got lost rather than showing it in the redirected URL or anywhere else. I made a mistake earlier in permissions of fields due to which profile was not saving its values but it was redirecting to specified page, and I was confused why it is not saving. When I removed this redirect url, I could see the error message. And then took appropriate action. IMO if there is any error or warning; it should not redirect to the URL but should first give the message. I understand that we cant send error message in redirected url as it may be an external link.

Please let me know also if it is a bug or am I making any mistake in configurations.
