            Description

            After upgrading to CiviCRM 4.1

            When the URL's typed for example http://domain/civicrm/pcp/ the warrning occur

            User warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/PCP/Form/PCP.hlp" in Smarty->trigger_error() (line 1093 of /var/www/d7.demo.civicrm.org/svn/civicrm_stable/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php).
