            Description

            Importing a 263 record .csv file which updates a single custom field for existing contact records currently takes approx 9-10 minutes on civicrm1.

            Analyze bottlenecks and (hopefully) improve performance using this test case.
            Attached csv file works in conjunction with quest production data dump + quest/util/quest_data2.mysql.

            Map col 1 to "Scholarship Award (prep test not taken)" custom field
            Map col 2 to "Internal Contact ID"
