multi-record custom field doesn't show on Contact Edit form

            Description

            I use the Wordpress CIVICRM plugin, Civi version: 4.1.beta3
            (On Apache & PHP, Windows)

            I created custom field,
            defined as "multi record"
            (hence i must chose also "display as TAB", not INLINE)

            The field is saved OK, but does not appear anywhere in the Edit Contact page.
            not even in "View HTML Source" of the page.

            I found a similar bug on http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,17658.msg73901.html#msg73901, but i couldn't apply the same fixes (either it wasn't an issue or it's relevant to Drupal only)
