civicrm_data.es_ES.mysql file is not translated to Spanish (Castilian)

            Description

            In CiviCRM Transifex, names of the provinces and countries are fully translated into Spanish (Castilian). However, in the latest version (4.1) of file civicrm/sql/civicrm_data.es_ES.mysql, none of these strings are translated.

            Eg. Egypt should be Egipto
