strange error

            Description

            I just installed civiCRM on my Drupal 4.7 and got the blocks showing fine. when i went to the admin page and it looked good but when i clicked on anything from there i got this lovely error: "Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in /path/to/public_html/modules/civicrm/packages/HTML/QuickForm/RuleRegistry.php on line 118" ????????

            I'm running on a LAMP platform php 5.0.4, mysql 4.1.18-standard

            i get this error on most of the options in the admin panel and when i try to add a contact. any ideas?
