Gift Aid module for CiviCRM4.1/D7

            Description

            Change log:
            1. Added a functionality that user can change the basic rate for calculation in the Drupal administration section
            2. Changed Gift Aid hook that allow the module working with CiviCRM 4.1
            3. Fixed screen warning
            4. Changed civicrm_validate to prevent array_merge warning!
            5. Add Drupal installation hook for setting up the default basic rate.
