Clarify Component field options when creating a new activity type

      Description

      If CiviCase is enabled, when adding a new Activity Type you are prompted to select the Component. Current drop-down options are:

      • Contact
      • CiviCase

      This is misleading because "Contact" actually means the activity type can be used to create a standalone activity OR create an activity within a case. Suggested improvements:
      1. Relabel field from "Component" to "Usage"

      2. Relabel options to:

      • Contacts OR Cases
      • Cases Only
