Installer Accepts Passwords with Apostrophes

            Description

            The installer allows one to enter a password with an apostrophe. However after it's installed it will take down the entire site due to a PHP parse error as per http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,23624.msg99331.html#msg99331

            Seems a simple check for apostrophes would fix this.
