Import Participants - Both the Status and Status ID import columns are ignored, all records imported with Registered status. Fix notices when saving import mapping.

I ran Import Participants using the attached file. On first try, I mapped the Status (string) column. Second try I mapped the Status ID column. In both cases, the status values in the import rows were ignored and all participants were assigned "Registered" status.

Also, when I initially saved my "Mapping", I got these notices on the step 3:
