Description
Add an interface which allows to add / update / delete category and providers.
civicrm_sms_provider table would be used to store information.
Add Navigation menu link "Configure Sms Provider" under System Settings pointing to civicrm/admin/sms/provider?reset=1.
Add same link on Administer Screen.
