            Description

            Users have requested the ability to store and retrieve deceased_date for contacts.

            1. Add deceased_date to Individual.xml
            2. Field s/b importable and exportable
            3. Field is editable (Edit.php) and displayed in demographics section of contact/view (Basic.php)
