Description
Find Activities could be used to search for all activities with 'SMS Received' subject and / or particular activity Status ('Status Codes').
Add a new task action 'Send SMS Reply' which would use the same wizard as of 'Send SMS to Contacts' with same UI elements and code, which allows sending batch or individual replies.
A pre-check would be required to make sure activities with 'SMS Received' only have been selected.
In 2nd phase: we could think of improving the 'Find Activities' screen (Or another custom search for managing SMS itself) to provide an option to show the listings per sms conversation style, which would help manage sms better.
