Grant Rationale and Notes formatting incorrect

record a grant. include text in Rationale or Notes fields. save it. once you go to view this grant you will see that new lines are not preserved and all the text in both fields appears as one paragraph.

already existing grants rationale and notes are showing as one paragraph as well of course.
