Description
This one is tricky (and had a lot of discussion in the forum) as it can easily screw the CRM badly (bad data schema are hard to recover from)
I have no clue how to do that, but likely to embed (snippet) the existing page to create custom fields, or open a new tab
Not sure how to inform the "caller" that it's finished
