eid and mode URL params do not persist across participant adds

            Description

            Appending mode and eid params to civicrm/participant/add?reset=1&context=standalone allow you to jump to the participant add form with a specific event preselected, and in live CC mode. However, after clicking on "Save and New" these URL params do not persist to the next add. Patch attached to address this in CRM/Event/Form/Participant.php.
