allow limited html tags in comments on web site

Nice work on the launch of the new web site!

I noticed while browsing the blogs that links (a tags) in comments were not being rendered. I know it is a real pain to convert from sites that were too permissive with html to a site that has a more reasonable security standard... but perhaps it would be good to allow a limited number of html tags in the comments (like a tags minimally).
