            Description

            If you turn off communication panels in display settings instead of quietly setting default postal_greeting address email_greeting it leaves them blank.

            I'm guessing the problem is that the logic is in the form layer rather than the BAO having defaults. Api will almost certainly display same behaviour.

            (NB - can fix on site by turning communication panels back on & running the various scripts)
