            Description

            This patch implements credit card swiper support for backend contribution, participant, and membership forms.

            Heavy lifting done by jcm55 as outlined here: http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,23761

            Also creates a global preference at civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/contribution?reset=1 to enable/disable the feature.

            Not done: putting the new preference page into the admin dashboard and menus.
