CiviMail mailing_job scheduled date on immediate sends not set

            Description

            Lobo reports that when "send immediately" is checked for civimail message jobs, the "scheduled" date should be recorded as the moment that the message is seent.

            The scheduled date on our system is being set as 00000000 00:00:00
