            Description

            Patch defines civicrm_api3_job_run_payment_cron() function, called with params:

            processor_name = <PP type, eg: Sagepay>
            mode = 'test' || 'live'

            .. plus alterations to Payment.php to run handlePaymentCron() method in the specified payment processor.
