            Description

            write a upgrade script for 1.4 to 1.5..
            Upgrade script should include following changes:
            1. Added enum "Search Builder" for mapping_type in civicrm_mapping table
            2. Add ctrl-A character to beginning and ending of civicrm_custom_value.char_data stored values IF the associated custom_field.html_type = "CheckBox" OR "Multi-Select"
