Description
When I send a bulk email, I have always one or two contacts that are spuriously marked as having opted out.
I have noticed in the apache log that at the same time that a contact has been opted out without requiring it (I received a copy of the confirmation email), another contact had sent twice (see below) the opt-out confirmation. Both events may be linked.
