Contain number of installments option within a span, for recurring payment in contribution pages

This patch is to more easily allow users to hide the installments box which means donors can't select number of installments. This isn't the best solution but having a span there at least will allow users to add javascript code somewhere and hide this bit without modifying templates or core.
