Description
When exporting pledges from the "Find Pledges" search, the resulting spreadsheet has many extra rows.
To reproduce this in the CiviCRM sandbox:
1) Click "Contributions ... Find Pledges"
2) Leave critera blank, and click the "Search" box. (At this point I see 3 pledge records)
3) In the list of actions, choose "Export Pledges" then "Go"
4) Click "Primary fields only" ( The default)
5) Look at the resulting spreadsheet. (At this point I see 8 pledge rows.)
