Duplicate links on "Administer CiviCRM" page

            Description

            Identical, functional under all the categories on the "Administer CiviCRM" page are appearing two times.

            I'm running Drupal 4.7.0, PHP 4.4.1 (OS X), mysql Ver 12.22 Distrib 4.0.26 (OS X).

            Why is this happening and what can be done to prevent it? (These links are text links, not fancy icons as on the demo page.)
