Description
In the CiviCRM demo sandbox ( as well as my own install running CiviCRM 4.1.1 under Drupal 6) there is the following problem:
1) I enter non-english text into a custom contact field. ( in this case Hebrew)
2) I run a contact search, then choose the batch action "Export Contacts". I choose the field containing Hebrew
3) The resulting spreadsheet has '?' for each character of Hebrew
BTW: My install is a single-language install. The default language is US English.
