            Description

            Steps to reproduce:

            Enable PCPs on an event page.
            Reach the page as an anonymous user.
            Register for the event, click the 'create your pcp' button on the thank you page
            Enter a username, and fill the profile, and submit
            Note this error:
            Fatal error: Call to undefined method CRM_Utils_System_WordPress::createUser() in /home/capitol/www/test/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Core/BAO/CMSUser.php on line 217
