            Description

            Following the work of CRM-10693, CiviCRM 4.5 introduces new tools for creating popups from existing forms. (See, eg, http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Ajax+Pages+and+Forms ).

            Change the behavior of the pencil icon in the job tab to display the edit screens for option-values in dialog. (For Civi 4.4, fallback the existing behavior of opening a new window.)
