      Description

      (This issue was observed while working on HR-216.)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new installation
      2. Create a contact with two jobs:

      • The first job is still active (ie the end-date is empty or in the future) and has an annual pay of $50k
      • The second job is inactive (ie the end-date is set and in the past) and has an annual pay of $40k
        3. Run the report, "CiviHR Annual and Monthly Costs"
        4. Observe: The annual total is $90k
