Add action-buttons to profile view

Add action links to the summary view, per mockup.
Click handlers should be added to the CasePipeline.js file.
See crm.livePage.js for an example of such handlers.
The "change status" can be done in the style of an action-menu.
Upon changing status you'll want to increment the count of the affected tab (not the active tab but the one that the case just got added to) and refresh its contents. See templates/CRM/common/TabHeader.js for the helper methods for this.
